Roger S. Faubel has served as a Director of Basin Water since April 2007. He served as the Director of Public Affairs for Southern California Edison until his retirement in 1997. After his retirement, he established Faubel Public Affairs and has served as President and CEO for the last 10 years. He was re-elected in 2002 to the Santa Margarita Water District Board of Directors and is a founding board member of the Urban Water Institute. |
