Roger Pringle has served on the Board of Directors for OraSure Technologies, Inc., and it’s predecessor Epitope, Inc., since 1989 and was Chairman of the Board from 1991 until 2000.
Mr. Pringle is President of The Pringle Company, a management consulting firm in Portland, Oregon, which he founded in 1975, where he is a consultant on issues related to business strategy, executive recruitment, executive compensation, and leadership development. Mr. Pringle worked previously for five years at Hyster Company and, prior to that, for six years at Ernst & Young.
Mr. Pringle is also currently a director of Agritope, Inc., an agricultural genomics company; Vinifera Corporation, a grape nursery; Bank of The Northwest, a regional commercial bank; North Pacific Group, a building material distribution company; and H2F Media, Inc., an Internet video technology company founded in 1999.
Mr. Pringle received a BS degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University and his MBA from the University of Oregon. |
