Roger is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D., cum laude) and the University of Virginia (B.A., magna cum laude) and also attended Cambridge University. After clerking for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Roger worked as a litigation associate for Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago. He later became a partner at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg in Chicago, where he practiced complex securities and employment litigation. Roger then specialized in defending employment cases and class actions at Frost Brown Todd in Cincinnati, Ohio. There, he was selected as an Ohio Rising Star, one of the top 2.5% of the lawyers under 40 in that state, by Ohio’s senior Super Lawyers. |
