Mr. Steinbecker has been a Director of the Company since July 2006. He retired in 2001 after a 40 year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), an auditing and accounting firm. During this time with PwC, he was the partner responsible for the audits of many national and international companies, served as leader of the firm’s Southeast Region’s consumer and industrial products business segment, and the managing partner of their Philadelphia and Denver practices. For more than twenty years, he served as the chair of the board and/or audit committee of numerous prominent not-for-profit organizations. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of St. John’s Mercy Medical Center and the Jefferson Club of the University of Missouri (Columbia). |
