Roger Oresman has been a partner in the Corporate and Banking Department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP since 1958 and is now a consulting partner.
In addition to general corporate counseling, Mr. Oresman has acted in a wide variety of corporate transactions.
Mr. Oresman is a graduate of Harvard University, where he received his A.B. and his M.B.A., and Columbia University School of Law. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where he served on the Executive Committee, as well as the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
He is a director of several corporations. |
