Roger Cowie concentrates on commercial and securities litigation, class actions, and appellate law. He has represented numerous officers, directors, and corporations in shareholder class actions, shareholder derivative actions, SEC enforcement actions, and SEC investigations based on allegations of securities fraud and breach of fiduciary duty. He also works with life insurance companies in class action, mass action, and multi-district litigation over allegedly fraudulent sales and practices and has given a number of presentations on insurance and class actions.
