Roger A. Waesche Jr. is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Corporate Office Properties Trust and is responsible for investments asset management property management and government services. Mr. Waesche served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Corporate Office Properties Trust before being appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Waesche has more than 15 years of financial real estate experience and has a proven record of performance oriented achievement in financing investment execution budgeting forecasting financial planning and accounting and has had primary responsibility for over $500 million of investments. Since 1984 Mr. Waesche has obtained more than $1 billion of real estate and corporate financing.
Mr. Waesche was a practicing CPA with Coopers & Lybrand for five years. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration in Finance from Loyola College. Mr. Waesche is a Maryland Certified Public Accountant. |
