Rodger L. Puz is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial and Personal Injury Litigation, including defense of Admiralty, Employment, Insurance Bad Faith, Product Liability, and Toxic Tort matters. Mr. Puz is a member of the Pennsylvania and West Virginia Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia; United States Courts of Appeals for the Third, Fourth, and Sixth Circuits; and United States District Courts in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Puz worked in the energy industry as a petroleum engineer. Mr. Puz graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1983 with a B.S. in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering. He received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1992 cum laude. |
