Dr. Rochus E. Vogt, Member of the Board of Directors, joined the board in 1984. Dr. Vogt is an R. Stanton Avery Distinguished Service Professor and Professor of Physics at California Institute of Technology and Member, President’s Council for the National Laboratories at the University of California. Dr. Vogt is the chairperson of the compensation/stock option committee and is a member of audit and corporate governance/nominating committees. |
