Rochelle Bratton, founder of TSG was named Chairman of the Board of TSG in June 2006. From 1997 through 2002, Rochelle Bratton served as President of TSG, responsible for corporate strategy, company operations, business development, financial management and sales for TSG. From 2002 through 2005, Ms. Bratton served as Chief Financial Officer of TSG responsible for the Company’s bankers, auditors, legal counsel and human resources. Today, Ms. Bratton plays an active Board and consulting role at TSG.

Prior to founding The Signature Group, Ms. Bratton served in various leadership positions at Applied Business Systems, a professional consulting firm specializing in financial and association management systems for small to mid-sized businesses. Applied Business Systems was the nation's largest Solomon accounting dealer in the U.S. Ms. Bratton was also instrumental in establishing the firm as a leading association management-consulting firm.

A native of Michigan, Ms. Bratton received a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Michigan State University in 1976.
