Robin Silver’s litigation practice includes personal injury, products liability and insurance defense, including contract and coverage issues, environmental claims, mass torts and complex and multi-district litigation. She defends lawsuits throughout the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia in Trial and Appellate Courts. Ms. Silver represents clients on local and national levels, with experience in Federal and State Courts. Ms. Silver is responsible for the Washington, D.C. asbestos toxic tort litigation for numerous clients as well as acting as liaison between defense counsel and the Court on asbestos complex litigation matters.Ms. Silver also has an extensive practice in the area of premises liability and represents one of the largest retailer in the state. Expanding in her background in special education, Ms. Silver handles cases involving special education law, and school placement and services issues.Ms. Silver has vast experience in coordinating the use of expert witnesses on a wide range of subject matters.
