Robin Russell has a bankruptcy/finance practice, including representation of banks, institutional lenders and corporate borrowers in secured and unsecured commercial and consumer credit transactions, restructuring and financial regulatory matters; representation of corporate debtors, liquidating trustees, bondholders, unsecured creditors’ committees, bank groups, landlords, trade creditors and bidders for estate assets in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings and related bankruptcy litigation.
