ROBIN RAINA Chairman of the Board of Ebix (40 years old) has been Chairman of the Board for the last four years and was elected as a director in February 2000. Mr. Raina is credited with planning executing and leading the spectacular turnaround that Ebix has seen during his tenure here. Mr. Raina joined Ebix in October 1997 as our Vice President Professional Services and was promoted to Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing in February 1998. Mr. Raina was promoted to Executive Vice President Chief Operating Officer in December 1998. Mr. Raina was appointed President effective August 2 1999 Chief Executive Officer effective September 23 1999 and Chairman in May 2002. Mr. Raina holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Thapar University in Punjab India. |
