Mr. Ramos is currently one of the vice president executive officers of Braskem and head of its Business Development Unit. He is a member of the board of directors of Cetrel and Companhia Alagoas Industrial - Cinal, and the vice president of the board of directors of Petroflex. Mr. Ramos was a member of the board of directors of Trikem and served on the board of directors of several companies in the Odebrecht Group. Mr. Ramos holds a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, a post-graduate degree in the Program for Management Development from Harvard Business School and a master's degree in finance from the University of Leicester, England. |
