Mr. Wegner is responsible for financial reporting, operations, computer technology and quality control. He joined Bayview from Case New Holland Capital in Chicago, a $12 billion international finance company, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Wegner was Chief Financial Officer for Case Credit, where he initiated highly successful asset-backed securitization, commercial paper, medium-term note and bond programs for one of the firm's clients. Mr. Wegner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University. |
