Robert Rodin, age 53, has served as a director since April 2001. Mr. Rodin’s current term as a director expires at the Annual Meeting in 2008. Since October 2002, Mr. Rodin has been the founder and chief executive officer of the RDN Group, a management consulting firm. From 1999 through October 2002, Mr. Rodin was the founder, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of eConnections, a provider of extended supply chain intelligence solutions. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Rodin served as Avnet’s president of global supply change management and electronic commerce solutions and as a member of Avnet’s global managing board. From 1991 through 1999, Mr. Rodin served as chief executive officer and president of Marshall Industries, an industrial electronics distributor prior to its sale to Avnet. Mr. Rodin also serves on the boards of SM&A and Inter-Tel. Mr. Rodin holds a B.A. in psychology from University of Connecticut. |
