As Seefried's regional Vice President for Dallas/Ft. Worth, Mr. Robert Rice is responsible for all development and leasing efforts in Texas. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience in the Metroplex, he has built a solid reputation as an industry leader.
Before joining Seefried, Mr. Rice served as Vice President of Leasing for Duke Realty Corporation, where he developed and leased 3.4 million square feet of new industrial property, and the total lease consideration of his completed transactions exceeded $100 million. Prior to that, he was District Manager with The RREEF Funds, overseeing a 3.5 million square foot industrial portfolio.
Mr. Rice earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Indiana University. He holds a Texas real estate broker license and is a member of the North Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Town North YMCA and North Dallas Chamber Baseball League. |
