Bob Pugh is an experienced consultant with a successful track record in employee benefits, compensation, and executive search. A former Regional Managing Partner with Coopers & Lybrand, he led a benefits and compensation consulting practice and directed national strategic planning and training programs. In employee benefits and compensation consulting, Mr. Pugh has provided national marketing leadership for professional services and entrepreneurial leadership for new and start-up practices. His clients have included Fortune 1000 companies in a broad spectrum of industries including financial, manufacturing, health care, public utility, transportation, and governmental. He has provided executive search services to clients in the employee benefits, trust, family office, and manufacturing areas. Mr. Pugh serves on the Board of Directors of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Midwest Benefits Council and chairs of the Membership Committee. |
