Presently Sr. Vice President Global IT Solutions for Cadbury Schweppes, PLC. Robert Peterson is responsible for global application development, maintenance and support, project delivery, PMO, strategy and planning, portfolio management, and offshore delivery programs. Mr. Peterson has been with Cadbury since September 2004.
Formerly at Dell Computer as VP IT, Americas International, and Corporate Systems and Global Sales Consolidation (systems). Prior to joining Dell was Sr. Vice President & Chief Information Officer for OfficeMax, Inc., in Cleveland, Ohio. Responsible for all facets of IT with operations in the US, Mexico, Latin America and Japan. Prior to OfficeMax, was President, Musicam Express / Starguide Digital Network, a small (80+ person) technology business focused on the broadcast industrry. Responsible for overall operational management of Musicam Express, a joint venture between CBS Broadcasting, Westwood One, and Starguide Digital Networks. Prior to Musicam/Starguide, was CIO for Packard Bell Electronics, at the time the largest PC manufacturer in the world for approximately 3 years.
Responsibility for all aspects of IT. Also had roles as Director, Applications at Walt Disney (Home Video) and Director/VP of IT for a large division of Gannett Corporation, the publisher of USA Today, and the nations largest newspaper publisher.
