Robert Noakes has 40 years experience in business and technology starting with working on the NORAD system in the 1960’s. He has a broad background that includes experience with computers, communications systems and business organization and management.Bob has spent the past ten years working with large and small corporations assisting in the defining of their business architecture, developing and re-engineering business processes, developing and writing documentation to support business processes.
