Mr. Lemos was appointed to the Intevac Board of Directors in August 2002. Prior to joining Intevac Mr. Lemos was with Varian Associates for 23 years. Mr. Lemos held a number of management positions at Varian and served as Chief Financial Officer from 1987 to 1999 when Varian was divided into three companies. Mr. Lemos holds a B.S. from the University of San Francisco a J.D. from Hastings College and an L.L.M. from New York University. |
