Effective October 22 2007 Mr. Robert Kerris has joined Ebix Inc. as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. As the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and principal accounting Officer Robert is responsible for all financial reporting and related internal disclosure controls. In addition he oversees Ebix’s financial planning and treasury functions and is directly involved in the execution of the Company’s acquisition strategy.
Before joining Ebix Mr. Kerris was Chief Financial Officer at Aelera Corporation. Previously he was a financial vice president at Equifax Inc. and held senior financial management positions at Interland AT&T BellSouth and Northern Telecom. His competencies include SEC reporting and compliance equity and debt financing treasury management revenue assurance organizational development business performance analysis and the application of technical accounting standards.
Mr. Kerris is a certified public accountant and an honors graduate from North Carolina State University with dual degrees in Accounting and Economics. |
