ROBERT KELLEY, 59, is President of Kellco Investments Inc., a private investment company. Prior to May 1, 2001, he served as Chairman of the Board of Noble Affiliates, Inc., an independent energy company with exploration and production operations in the United States and international operations in China, Equador, Equatorial Guinea and the U.K. sector of the North Sea. Prior to October 2, 2000 he also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Noble Affiliates, Inc. and of its three subsidiaries: Samedan Oil Corporation, Noble Gas Marketing Inc. and Noble Trading, Inc. Mr. Kelley also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Lone Star Technologies, Inc. and Cabot Oil and Gas Corporation. Mr. Kelley has been a director of the Company since December 31, 1996, and of OG&E since January 17, 1996, and is chairman of the audit committee and a member of the compensation committee of the Board. |
