Robert Hendrix is a Senior Consultant with WaterburyGroup. Since joining the executive search industry in the early 1980s, Robert has developed a particular industry expertise within the automotive and manufacturing industry sectors. In fact, his experience covers a wide array of functional disciplines within these industry verticals to include: Accounting, Engineering, Human Resources, Production Management, Plant Management, Materials/Purchasing and Quality.

Prior to joining WaterburyGroup, Robert was a Senior Consultant and consistent top producer with a Fortune® 500 human capital conglomerate. There, the majority of his efforts were focused on leading engagement recruiting teams to fill various functional positions with a particular automotive and manufacturing industry focus.

Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Leo University in Florida while working for the Jack & Ruth Eckert Foundation, one of the countries largest year round outdoor programs for troubled youths. There, Robert was instrumental in working with underprivileged youth and leading the organizations growth into North Carolina and Vermont.
