Robert Haft was one of the founders of MainStreet Lender, and currently serves as its Chairman. He has founded and managed five financial, investment, and retail companies, led three companies to initial public offerings on NASDAQ, and served as CEO or President of two $1 billion revenue public companies, each with more than 10,000 associates. He has also been the principal manager of a firm providing expertise and equity investments in small private operating companies and real estate.
For more than 15 years Mr. Haft was a partner and director in a private real estate business owning 25 shopping centers, and served as CEO, President, or Director in businesses that opened and managed 750 bookstores, vitamin stores, automotive parts stores, supermarkets, and drugstores. He has been a director of three public financial institutions, five other public companies, and various private companies. Mr. Haft holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Masters Degree in Design from Harvard, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School. |
