Robert Ellis has served on our board of directors since September 2, 2003. Mr. Ellis graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Accounting and holds a CPA certificate from the State of Illinois. Mr. Ellis has over 35 years of experience in business management and has held the positions of Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, President and Chief Executive Officer for both private and public companies. Mr. Ellis is the President of FutureCom Global, Inc. a Telecommunications company based in
