Mr. Chisholm joined PhotoChannel in 2001 and is responsible for managing the Company's finances, public market listings, investor relations and overseeing contract negotiations. Mr. Chisholm brings over 20 years of experience in finance and administration. Prior to PNI he was Chief Financial Officer for SCS Solars Computing Systems Inc., a publicly traded Vancouver based software developer and electronic integrator for wholesale travel suppliers. Mr. Chisholm holds a professional accounting designation from the Certified Management Accountants of Canada and received his BBA with a major in accounting from Saint Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia. |
