Mr. Boc has 28 years of software development experience, holding management and individual contributor positions spanning numerous R & D projects primarily within Software Engineering divisions developing mini, small and medium range systems. His experience covers groups ranging from 15 - 75 engineers for activities as software development, testing, performance measurement, support and quality improvement. Position titles include Program and Project Manager, Software Test Manager, Manager of Network Services, Director of Quality and Small Systems Development Manager. In addition, Mr. Boc has 10 years experience in the technology staffing industry and has worked with numerous Massachusetts companies, assisting them with the screening and recruitment of technology workers critical to their business success. During this period Mr. Boc was a principal and co-founder of Timely Solutions a Massachusetts based, technology staffing company. |
