Mr. Andrialis has more than 30 years of broad-based experience as an executive running large, multimedia information/publishing and professional service businesses. Before forming Mergent, Inc., and overseeing its purchase of the Financial Information Services division of Moody’s Investors Service, Mr. Andrialis was founding partner of Berwick Capital, a small private investment company established to acquire financial information businesses. Earlier, he served as President and CEO of Warren, Gorham and Lamont, a subsidiary of Thomson Corp. Previously, at the Standard & Poor’s Corporation, he was the Executive Managing Director, U.S. Ratings Operations; Executive Vice President, Retail and Individual Investor Services; and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Andrialis led the migration of S&P from a print-dominated business to a provider of both electronic and print services, including the Marketscope product, an online/real-time information service for retail brokers and individual investors. He received his BA from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from the University of Richmond. |
