Mr. Amman is currently the sole member of Blackland Associates LLC, through which he provides consulting services. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Amman served as President of Global TeleSystems, Inc. (GTS), a European broadband network services provider. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Amman was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GTS. Mr. Amman was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of John H. Harland Company, a printing firm from 1995 to 1998. Previously, from 1994 to 1995, he served as Vice Chairman of First Financial Management Corporation. From 1988 to 1994, Mr. Amman served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Western Union Corporation. Mr. Amman holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from New York University. Mr. Amman serves as chairman of the Finance Committee and is a member of Audit and Nomination & Corporate Governance Committees. |
