Mr. Matschullat served as interim chairman and interim chief executive officer of the Company from March 2006 through October 2006. He served as presiding director of the board of directors of the Company from January 2005 through March 2006 and served as chairman of the board of the Company from January 2004 through January 2005. He was the vice chairman and chief financial officer of The Seagram Company Ltd. (a global company engaging in two business segments: entertainment and spirits and wine) from 1995 until relinquishing his position as chief financial officer in December 1999 and his retirement from his position as vice chairman in June 2000. Prior to joining The Seagram Company Ltd., Mr. Matschullat served as head of worldwide investment banking for Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, and was on the Morgan Stanley Group board of directors. He is a director of The Walt Disney Company and Visa Inc. |
