Mr. Zimmerman, age 51, has served as a director of the Company since March 2001. Mr. Zimmerman was one of the original investors and directors of Time America, Inc. prior to its merger with the Company. Mr. Zimmerman is President, co-managing shareholder and attorney for Mallery & Zimmerman, S.C., a general practice law firm with offices in Milwaukee, Cedarburg, Green Bay, Stevens Point and Wausau, Wisconsin. Mr. Zimmerman graduated from Marquette University in 1974 with majors in Accounting and Finance and from Marquette University Law School in 1977. After law school Mr. Zimmerman worked in the Milwaukee office of Arthur Andersen & Co. in the tax department and received his Wisconsin CPA certificate. |
