Bob Sweet practices in the areas of securities law, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on the technology sector. He has represented public and private issuers, underwriters, financial institutions and investors in a wide range of transactions, including public offerings and private placements, acquisitions and divestitures. Bob also advises boards of directors and company management on SEC compliance, disclosure and corporate governance matters.
After law school, Bob served as law clerk to Associate Justice Herbert P. Wilkins of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
