Robert W. Desnoyers joined the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec in 2000 and is now responsible for all aspects of human resources management for both the institution and its subsidiaries. He handles the development and application of strategies and policies designed to ensure the excellence of the Caisse’s employees.

Robert W. Desnoyers has more than 25 years of experience in human resources management, primarily at major financial institutions, such as Laurentian Bank and the Mouvement Desjardins. He also worked as a human resources consultant to various Québec companies.
Mr. Desnoyers obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal in 1978.
