T. Robert Burke, one of the founders (in 1983) of the predecessor to AMB Property Corporation, is a Director of AMB Property Corporation. From November 1997 to December 1999, Mr. Burke was AMB's Chairman of the Board. He was formerly a senior real estate partner with Morrison & Foerster LLP and, for two years, served as that firm's Managing Partner for Operations. Mr. Burke graduated from Stanford University and holds a J.D. degree from Stanford Law School. He is a former member of the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and is a Trustee of Stanford University. He is also the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Pension Real Estate Association. |
