Mr. Slosky is of counsel for Fairfield and Woods and has over 45 years of practice in commercial litigation. Mr. Slosky's litigation practice has included real estate, construction, insurance defense, and complex business matters. He has been with Fairfield and Woods since 1989 and in private practice since 1962. Mr. Slosky also served as an attorney for the Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Field Operations, Seattle, Washington Field Office. Mr. Slosky served as a member of the Colorado Federal Court Liaison Committee from 1983 - 1986, as a member of the Colorado Supreme Court Ad Hoc Committee on Rules in 1992 and 1993, and is a Fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation. Also he is listed in Who's Who in American Law and in Who's Who in Professional Services in Denver/Boulder. Mr. Slosky recently retired as a member of the Board of the Colorado Business Committee for Arts, and is a member of the Boards of the Food Bank of the Rockies, the Cherry Creek Arts Festival and the Colorado Council on the Arts. He also is a Vice President and Trustee of the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. Mr. Slosky was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He enjoys art collecting, skiing, fishing, and travel. |
