Mr. Boswell has served as a director since the date of the Combination. He serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Laramie Energy LLC a Denver-based privately held oil and gas exploration and production company he founded in September 2003. Prior to his time at Laramie Mr. Boswell served as Chairman of the board of directors of Forest Oil Corporation an independent exploration and production company from March 2000 until September 2003. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Forest Oil from December 1995 until September 2003. Mr. Boswell served as Forest Oil’s President from November 1993 to March 2000 and Chief Financial Officer from May 1991 until December 1995 having served as a member of the board of directors of Forest Oil from 1986 until September 2003. He has also served as a director of C.E. Franklin Ltd. a provider of products and services to the oilfield industry specifically completion products. |
