Bob O'Hara has been a partner of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP since 1974 and was a member of the Firm's Executive Committee from 1993 to 1996.
He is a partner in the Global Corporate Department and has broad corporate law experience, including debt and equity public offerings, both domestic and foreign, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securitization projects, and general securities law matters.
He is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his law degree. He is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. |
