Robert Herlin was appointed a director of the Company on September 30 2003. Mr. Herlin serves as a Class I director for a term that will expire on the date of the annual meeting of stockholders scheduled for calendar year 2007. Since 2003 Mr. Herlin has served as the President CEO and a director of Evolution Petroleum Corporation a public company involved in the acquisition and redevelopment of oil and gas properties. Since 2003 Mr. Herlin has served as a partner with Tatum Partners a service company that provides principal executive and accounting officers to clients on a contract basis. Prior to his employment at Evolution Petroleum Corporation Mr. Herlin was CFO of Intercontinental Tower Corporation a wireless telecom infrastructure operation in South America from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Herlin earned his MBA from Harvard and engineering degrees from Rice University. |
