Robert S. Burtker is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office and specializes in medical malpractice litigation, where he has extensive experience. Mr. Burtker has defended medical malpractice cases at trial to verdict in cases involving a variety of medical specialties including internal medicine, nephrology, obstetrics and gynecology, obstetric nursing, and pediatric neurology. Mr. Burtker has served as both first and second chair in numerous trials which were tried to verdict. Mr. Burtker also has expertise in the practice areas of products liability and premises liability litigation.
