Mr. Berk joined the firm in 1989 and has been a partner since 1996. He concentrates his practice on commercial/contract litigation, legal malpractice defense, defense of mold claims and environmental insurance coverage. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Berk was an associate with Levy, Sherwood, Klein & Dudley for four years. Mr. Berk received his law degree from Arizona State University in 1985 and his Bachelor of Science degree in 1982. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
