Robert P. Matley joined the company in 2004 and serves as Senior Lending Officer of First Liberty Bank & Trust, a Division of Community Bank, N.A. He was previously employed by First Heritage Bank, having joined that organization in 1994 as Executive Vice President and Senior Lending Officer. He was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in 2003 and served in that capacity until the merger with the company in 2004.
Mr. Matley is involved in several community activities in his hometown of Wilkes-Barre, including Director of the Earth Conservancy, Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Business & Industry and Greater Wilkes-Barre Development Corporation. He has also held various campaign/cabinet positions for the United Way, Wilkes University, King’s College, and the YMCA. |
