Mr. Keller is a 35-year banking veteran with a broad financial services background. His professional experience has primarily been in public accounting and bank management, where he has served in a variety of senior management positions. Prior to the sale of Eldorado Bancshares, Inc. to Zion's Bancorporation, Mr. Keller was the Chairman of Eldorado Bank and Antelope Valley Bank. Mr. Keller currently serves on the Board of Directors of Pennichuck Corporation, a public utility holding company in Nashua, New Hampshire. Until the sale of Eldorado Bancshares, he served on the boards of the Orange County Business Council and the California Bankers Association. Mr. Keller previously served on the boards of directors for companies in the healthcare, financial services, public utilities and manufacturing industries. |
