Mr. LeMay, a director of the Firm, practices in the Litigation Section primarily in the area of general commercial litigation. Mr. LeMay has particular expertise in real estate industry disputes including land use, construction, zoning, landlord tenant and general real estate transaction and financing disputes. Mr. LeMay also has broad experience in personal injury, property damage and products liability claims particularly in the alarm services industry. He also has significant experience in creditors' rights matters and general products liability defense. His practice encompasses the representation of businesses and individuals before both federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as arbitration panels. He also has broad experience in litigation avoidance strategy and works with his clients to think strategically to lessen, if not avoid, litigation costs. His litigation practice includes the successful prosecution and defense of bench and jury trials as well as appeals, and the prosecution and defense of claims for prejudgment remedies such as injunctions and receiverships.
