Mr. Hendershot has extensive experience handling Workers' Compensation matters in the automotive, gaming, construction, education, manufacturing, retail trade, transportation and public utilities, toxic waste incineration and petrochemical sectors. His case experience includes amputations, assaults, violent acts, back injuries, body system injuries, bruises and contusions, carpal tunnel syndrome, chemical burns, contact with objects and equipment, cumulative trauma, cuts and lacerations, falls, fatalities, fires and explosions, fractures, harmful substances or environments, head injuries, heart attacks, heat burns, infectious diseases, lower and upper extremity injuries, multiple traumatic injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, neck injuries, paraplegia/quadriplegia, permanent disability, poisoning, pulmonary disorders, respiratory conditions, skin diseases and disorders, sprains, strains, breaks, tears, tendonitis, transportation incidents and cancer.
Mr. Hendershot has recently presented seminars on Medicare Liens and Catastrophic Injury cases in Illinois. His previous experience includes clerking for the Iowa Industrial Commissioner. He also served as a staff member of the Drake Law Review. Mr. Hendershot is on the boards of Kids' Chance in Missouri and Illinois.
