Mr. Goldman is the Chairman of the Board’s Compensation Committee. He is also a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Goldman has been the Chairman of the Board of eXcelon Corporation, a software developer, since September 2001. He was the Chief Executive Officer and President of eXcelon Corporation from November 1995 to September 2001.
