Mr. Cronin is a founding member of Stonebridge Associates, LLC and Senior Managing Director of Stonebridge Technology Associates, a division of Stonebridge Associates. Mr. Cronin focuses exclusively on advising early stage and emerging growth technology companies. During his more than 20 years of investment banking experience, Mr. Cronin has successfully executed a variety of merger and acquisition, capital raising and advisory assignments on behalf of a broad range of software, hardware, Internet and other information technology clients. Mr. Cronin joined the firm after receiving an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College where he was named an Edward Tuck Scholar. Mr. Cronin received a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
