Robert M. Wadsworth has served as a Trintech director since September 1998. Since 1986, Mr. Wadsworth has been a general partner of HarbourVest Partners LLC, a private investment company. In 1997 he began service as the Managing Director of HarbourVest Partners LLC. Before 1986, Mr. Wadsworth worked for Booz, Allen and Hamilton, an international consulting company, specializing in the areas of operations strategy and manufacturing productivity. Mr. Wadsworth currently serves on the advisory boards of several US venture firms, and on the board of directors of ePresense, Inc., a web design and development company; Switchboard, Inc., an Internet-based local merchant networking company; Concord Communications, Inc., an Internet infrastructure company; and Network Engines, Inc., a network infrastructure company. Mr. Wadsworth received a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in systems engineering and computer science from the University of Virginia, and a Master of Business Administration, with distinction, from Harvard Business School. |
