Bob has been involved in the real estate industry since 1978. As President & CEO of Q10 Capital LLC, he oversees operations and provides a single point of contact for the national borrower. He is responsible for national loan origination, transaction management, consulting and asset management. He handles lender and investor relations and ensures strict adherence to the high quality standards and core values of Q10 Capital. As President and CEO of Q10 Equity Advisors LLC, Bob oversees all aspects of the Equity Fund’s management and chairs the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Q10, Bob gained critical expertise in commercial development, leasing, finance and management with a number of the country’s most respected firms. In 1992, Bob turned his focus to the technology that was beginning to redefine the commercial real estate market. Over the next 15 years he became a driving force in providing software and technology solutions to the commercial real estate finance industry. Bob has twice served as a Vice-Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America’s (MBAA) CREF Technology Initiatives Committee and is a founding director and Chairman of the Marketing Committee of the Chartered Realty Investor Society. He was awarded the CRI charter in 2005. Bob is also an active member of the Commercial Mortgage Securitization Association (CMSA). He has written numerous articles on commercial real estate topics for publications such as Servicing Management and Real Estate Finance Today. Bob was also one of the original contributing authors of the Handbook of Commercial Real Estate Finance published by the MBAA in 1995 and revised in 2005. |
