Robert Price was elected as a director in June 1998 and served as our Chairman of the Board between June 1998 and December 2005. Mr. Price has been President of PSV, Inc., since 1990. Between 1961 and 1990, he served in various executive positions, including as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, with Control Data Corporation. From 1991 to 2005, Mr. Price was a Senior Advisor and Professor at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and is now Adjunct Professor of the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University. Mr. Price is Mr. Meland’s father-in-law. Mr. Price also serves on the Board of Directors of Public Service Company of New Mexico, Affinity Technology Group, Inc. and National Center for Social Entrepreneurs. |
